MISSION STATEMENT: Texas Baptist Builders (TBB) is a Volunteer Builder Ministry which provides an opportunity for you to share Christ by using your building skills to help construct or repair local church buildings. WHO ARE WE? TBB is part of the Missions Team of the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (SBTC). Tillman Boyd is Director/Consultant of TBB for SBTC. Tillman is responsible for recruiting volunteer builders and linking them with construction needs across Texas. TRAINING AVAILABLE: • How to Start a Volunteer Builders Group • How to Host a Volunteer Builders Group • How to Plan a Volunteer Builders Mission Trip • Using Your Volunteer Builders Locally • Designing and Stocking a Builders Tool Trailer SKILLS NEEDED: Grading, foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, roofing, sheet rock, painting, flooring, tile work, bricklaying, cabinetry, landscaping, cleanup or general help. WHO CAN VOLUNTEER? Volunteers may consist of individuals or groups of seniors, families, youth, singles and college students. GETTING INVOLVED WITH TBB: Already have a construction group organized?
