COHORT
The Young Pastor Cohort is a community of pastors who grow in relationships with one another and learn from experts to hone their craft. These groups of 7-10 pastors are led by experienced mentors and taught by a faculty of experts. They meet 4 times over two years in which they talk about the soul of a pastor, the preaching of a pastor, and the leadership of a pastor. These cohorts are for any male 40 and younger who feels called to pastoral ministry.
