Leadership Ministries goal is to develop and equip lay and staff leaders in the church in spiritual maturity and practical leadership tools.

How can your lay and staff leaders benefit from Leadership Ministries?

For lay and staff leaders:

Learn your unique leadership giftedness and how it fits into the team. A diversified team is the best team, but if team members do not understand their own and other team members’ giftedness it can cause conflict.  Learn how to be an effective team which utilizes each person’s gifts and styles.

This leadership training requires an online evaluation and a 2-3 hour onsite seminar.

For church staffs:

Church Staffs can learn the five vital aspects which makes an effective team (Centerpoint, Chart, Covenant, Connect, and Communicate). This leadership training requires a book reading, online evaluation, and one day seminar.
