TWO Tents Now Available

1. Call Jennifer Dean at our toll free number (877-953-7282) to see if the date you would like to reserve one of the tents is available. Jennifer will tentatively schedule the tent for your use and fax, email, or mail the Tent Request Form to you for you to complete and return with your deposit to the SBTC.

2. The date requested will be confirmed with a confirmation packet from Jennifer as soon as we receive the completed Tent Request Form and the deposit. The form and check can be mailed to Attn: Jennifer Dean - Southern Baptists of Texas Convention - PO Box 1988 - Grapevine, TX 76099-1988.

The remaining rental fee is due upon picking up the tent.

3. The tent may be picked up 2 days before the scheduled event and must be returned no later than 2 days after the scheduled event. There will be a $50/day charge if the tent is not returned by it’s expected due date.

Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to date of use or the deposit will be forfeited.
