SBTC TENT RENTAL
40’ x 60’ tent 250-375 people $150 60’ x 80’ tent 400-600 people $300 *The rental fee is used for the purpose of upkeep and repair of the tents and the trailers. The tent rentals are only available to SBTC affiliated churches, due to insurance and the upkeep of the tents. STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR RESERVING TENTs 1. Call Karissa Muilenburg at our toll free number (1-877-953-7282) or email kmuilenburg@sbtexas.com to see if the tent is available. 2. We will tentatively reserve the tent for your dates and email you the request form. 3. Once we have received the request form and deposit from your church, the date requested will be confirmed and you will be sent a confirmation packet with all of the details you need for pickup and setup. The form and check can be mailed to: Attn: Karissa Muilenburg - Southern Baptists of Texas Convention PO Box 1988 - Grapevine, TX 76099-1988. The remaining rental fee is due the week of the event. 4. The tent may be picked up 2 days before the scheduled event and must be returned no later than 2 days after the scheduled event. There will be a $50/day charge if the tent is not returned by it’s expected due date. Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to date of use or the deposit will be forfeited. |
