Submit my resumé   Submit a Request for Staff Résumés   Staff Listings   Pastor Search Handbook download    How to make a resume – helping pastors and staff members through the process of preparing a current, contemporary, and informative resume.   Resume Referral Service - helping individuals and churches in times of staff transition.   Pastor Search Committee Training – distributing the SBTC Search Committee Training Manual and when invited to do so training the church and committee for their responsibilities.   Pulpit Supply – when asked to do so the SBTC will provide staff members to supply or preach at special occasions or refer the names of other available preachers.   Ministering Interim – providing training for men interested in serving as short term interim pastors in SBTC churches. When called upon to do so, we refer names of trained men to our churches.   Transitional Pastor – training and certification for the Transitional Pastor program is provided by Lifeway Christian Resources, Nashville, Tennessee.  Our department promotes the use of this vitally important program and refers the names of men trained in this program to SBTC churches upon request.   Calling Out the Called – our department encourages and promotes the use of one special Sunday each year to give special emphasis for individuals to respond to God’s call to vocational Christian service.
