Women's Regional Representatives
Rhonda Black is a speaker and singer. She is a representative in Region 11 for the SBTC Women’s Ministry. Rhonda has received her Master of Divinity degree from SWBTS in Fort Worth and currently serves as the Minister to Women at Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen. Pam Brewer is a women’s regional representative in Region 2, or the Dallas metroplex.  She serves as the Women’s Ministry Director at the First Baptist Church of Dallas.  Her desire is to share God’s grace and wisdom with whomever He appoints and lead women in development and show them how to have more depth in their spiritual walk.  Pam can be reached at 214-969-2443 or pbrewer@firstbaptistdallas.org
Lezli Busbee is a Regional Representative for the SBTC in Region 7, or the Houston area. She is the director of the Women’s Ministry at Sagemont Church. Lesli’s hope is that God will use her to further His work in this wonderful state of Texas. When not doing “kingdom work,” she enjoys being outside with family and friends, especially at the lake! Merritt Johnston serves as a Regional Representative in Region 9, which is in the Coastal Plains/Gulf Coast areas. Merritt has been serving in full-time ministry since college when she founded a ministry for young women called SAGE. Over the past nine years, Merritt has traveled with SAGE across the United States leading conferences designed specifically for middle school and high school girls. Jacki King is the SBTC Regional Representative for region 11. Jacki serves as the girls’ minister at FBC Gun Barrel City. Her love and joy is to work with teen girls through small group Bible studies and conferences. Barbara McKinney is a speaker, Women of Grace ministry leader at MacArthur Blvd. Baptist Church in Irving, and serves as a Regional Representative for the SBTC Women’s Ministry in Region 2, meaning the Dallas and surrounding areas. Connie Moore serves as the SBTC Regional Representative for Region 5, or Central Texas.  She is the Director of Women's Ministries at Great Hills Baptist Church in Austin.  She has a consuming passion for women and until 2005, served as the director and teacher of a new and growing women's Bible Life Group at Great Hills.  For more than 10 years, Connie has communicated her burden for both personal and corporate revival and spiritual growth in single adult retreats. Brandy Morace serves the SBTC Women’s Ministry as a representative for Region 3. She is a single mother of a 13-year-old son and actively serves in the choir and praise team at First Baptist Church Vidor, where she is also pursuing the development of a strong Women’s Ministry. She has also served in the nursery, Vacation Bible School, and AWANA Cubbies. However, in the course of these and other life experiences, she has developed a deep passion for women of all backgrounds and the pursuit of their Savior – Jesus. Debbie Salge is the SBTC Regional Representative for Region 8.  She is the Women's Ministry Team Leader at River Hills Baptist Church and enjoys teaching and working with women. She also has been a Bible Study and Sunday School teacher for the last ten years.  She has been married for 27 years and has one son. Mary Jo Sharp is a Regional Representative for Region 7. She is currently training with the North American Mission Board to be a Certified Apologetics Instructor, and is a candidate for the M.A. in Christian Apologetics at Biola University (May 2008). Mary Jo desires to see more women involved with the defense of their faith (apologetics); helping Christian women respond to life’s hard questions with reasonable answers. Anita Onarecker Wood serves the SBTC Women’s Ministry as a representative in Region 7, which is in the Houston area.  She resides in Spring.  Anita is a minister's wife and has been involved in women's ministry leadership for several years.  As a result of the Lord’s calling, she will soon complete her degree at Southwestern Seminary, with a focus on women’s ministry.
